  2. CommonHealth,
  3. Family Assistance,
  4. CarePlus,
  5. Limited (emergency services only),
  6. Children’s Medical Security Plan (CMSP).

Eligibility for MassHealth depends on financial status, residency in Massachusetts, and citizenship or immigration status. Coverage varies based on age, caregiver roles, pregnancy, disability, and medical conditions. To determine your eligibility and apply, visit the MassHealth Insurance Application Portal.

Our services for children and adults include cleanings, fillings, crowns, dentures, extractions, fluoride treatments, oral exams, and periodontal care. Some procedures, such as braces and deep cleanings, require prior authorization. DDS clients may receive additional medically necessary services. CMSP typically covers up to $750 per year for preventive and restorative care. MassHealth Limited members are eligible for emergency treatment only.
